Woodlawn Trustees introduced the opening of 718 E. 11th Street, the 10th inexpensive housing renovation.
Beneath the grant, Woodlawn Trustees will renovate 20 vacant houses to deliver housing for men and women and family members at 80% of the spot median money beneath a software introduced by Wilmington Mayor Mike Purzycki.
The residence has been renovated, with guide-paint remediation, new windows, new flooring, a new roof, updated toilet w/ laundry facilities on the second flooring, and a renovated kitchen. The home has a living area, eating area, kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, and a person tub with laundry facilities and a backyard deck.
The renovations were being finished by the services staff of Woodlawn Trustees, and TAG Construction, a minority-owned contractor.
Woodlawn Trustees has been a service provider of cost-effective rental housing in the Town of Wilmington since the early 1900’s with housing at the freshly designed Flats on Union Avenue, and in excess of 100 models on the East Side of Wilmington.
